I paint with acrylics on watercolor paper, using the process of layering the paint and scratching back to reveal unique colors and textures in my paintings.
 
Tide Pool with Starfish - a painting of sea life from the Pacific Northwest.  The Northwest coast can be pretty grey; chilly and overcast, but the tide pools are just bursting with color of the various sea creatures.
