I paint with acrylics on watercolor paper, using the process of layering the paint and scratching back to reveal unique colors and textures in my paintings.
 
Spheres- a painting for my color play collection. The general concept behind it was the idea of the Fire Horse year which begins on the Chinese New Year. It helps me to have an idea behind my abstracts. In the painting I used waves of lots of fiery colors and lines to give the feeling of movement. There is a lot of paint on the page, it was looking chaotic, so I added the spheres of various sized and colors to pull the painting together.
