I paint with acrylics on watercolor paper, using the process of layering the paint and scratching back to reveal unique colors and textures in my paintings.
 
This sea turtle painting I did to match Kamryn's Seahorses for a great family.  I sent them a print and asked them to name it and this is what she wrote, " For our family the ocean is so serene and my husband loved the sun rays shining through the water and the turtle seemed to be heading for the warm sunlight."  Isn't that beautiful!
