I paint with acrylics on watercolor paper, using the process of layering the paint and scratching back to reveal unique colors and textures in my paintings.
 
Darkest Before Dawn - I painted this in September of 2015 for International Peace Day, just prior toTrump being elected president.  It was such a divisive time and it's only gotten crazier nine years later. The sun will rise eventually; we'll get through hopefully stronger and wiser
