I paint with acrylics on watercolor paper, using the process of layering the paint and scratching back to reveal unique colors and textures in my paintings.
 
Mom and Baby Elephant - a painting I did for my African wildlife and mom and baby series.   Because of I painted this when my daughter graduating from high school and moving on to college, it reminds me of  her big transition and my strong love for her.
