I paint with acrylics on watercolor paper, using the process of layering the paint and scratching back to reveal unique colors and textures in my paintings.
 
A Gentle Fawn - An early painting on mine.  The fawn is walking out of the woods into the sunny meadow as if taking his first tentative steps to independence..  I enjoy painting fawns;  their gentle yet alert quality intrigues me.
